Traci Montgomery, has over 25 years of human resources management and training experience. She has worked for large corporations such as Occidental Petroleum, Pacific of California, Anaheim Memorial Medical Center and recently at Coventry Health Care in West Sacramento.
She has also worked in Redding for five years at Owens Healthcare as their Human Resources Director. While employed there, Owens won the prestigious "Best Place to Work" award from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). This award recognized Owens as one of the top 25 employers to work for in the United States in the small company catogory.
She holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Northridge in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology (emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling) from Pepperdine University.
She has also earned an SPHR Certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources), the highest certification given by the Society of Human Resources Management.
Traci is currently teaching Industrial Psychology and Conflict Management Resolution, as adjuct faculty, for the University of Phoenix.
